Mr. Haberer joined NACCO Industries, Inc. and its subsidiary North American Coal in October 2012. In addition to his Associate General Counsel duties at NACCO, Mr. Haberer serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of North American Coal in which he oversees litigation, administrative disputes, and land matters. He also serves as President of North American Coal Royalty Company. Prior to joining NACCO and North American Coal, Mr. Haberer was a litigation partner in the Dallas office of Hunton & Williams LLP (now known as Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP).

Mr. Haberer is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and the Order of the Coif.
