(NYSE: NC) today announced that, in an effort to facilitate a more detailed discussion of financial results during earnings conference calls, the Company will begin releasing financial results on dates close to the filing of its 10-Q's or 10-K's and will hold its conference calls shortly after both are publicly available. NACCO Industries, Inc. intends to follow this pattern for the 2004 second quarter and for all future quarterly and annual reporting periods.
In addition, the Company announced it will begin holding periodic investor presentations via webcast to review progress on programs to enhance profitability and programs to generate growth as well as strategies for each of NACCO Industries' subsidiary companies. The first of these presentations will occur on a date shortly after the second quarter earnings conference call.
NACCO Industries, Inc. will release Second Quarter financial results and will file its Second Quarter 10-Q after the close of the market on Friday, August 6, 2004.
The Company will hold a conference call on Monday, August 9, 2004 to discuss its results for the second quarter of 2004.
